Hey, I finally got off my butt and loaded some photos on my computer that I have taken around the new place, mostly from my balcony on the 16th floor.

I live in the Santa Rosa at 107 East Broadway. My neighbours have been constantly robbed during the day between 1 - 3pm. The person or should I say scum doing this uses a phone book as leverage which makes the prying of door locks quite easy. It’s gotten so bad my fiance can no loner take a shower with the bathroom door closed, fearing that an unwanted intruder may bust threw our apartment door at anytime.

There have been 7 break-ins in the last 6 months, 2 of which in the last 13 days now. It is clear that the culprit has no fear and will be back again as my building is an easy target. Nothing has been done and no effort has been made to make the necessary repairs to prevent unwanted scum entering the building. Just like to say, way to go Pacific Quorum Properties Inc, you should hang your heads in shame for having no regard for the safety & security of your tenants at 107 East Broadway.
